    Supervision and Consultation

Supervision is more than meeting requirements–it’s a place to grow your confidence, deepen your clinical intuition, and develop a grounded therapeutic presence. I offer supportive, reflective supervision for clinicians working toward LPC, LPC-MH, or LAC licensure, with an emphasis on pacing, attunement, and helping you find your own steady voice as a therapist.

For those drawn to Internal Family Systems (IFS), consultation provides a space to explore the model with depth and clarity. Many clinicians are discovering IFS and incorporating pieces of it into their work, and it’s common to sense that there’s “more” to the model than what can be learned from books, videos, or short trainings. As a Certified IFS therapist with over 70 days of training from IFSI lead trainers, and over 100 hours of individual consultation, I offer guidance that helps you understand the nuances of the model, stay grounded in Self, and work with parts in a way that feels safe, effective, and true to the heart of IFS.

Whether you’re building foundational skills or refining advanced practice, supervision and consultation offer a steady, curious space to explore your questions, your internal reactions, and the places where you want to grow–so you can offer work that feels both ethical and deeply aligned with who you are as a clinician.
